KGPS-160KW

Medium Frequency Heating Power Supply for Locomotive Wheel rims

A medium-frequency power supply is a power device that converts a 50-hertz industrial frequency power supply into the required frequency through a thyristor inverter. It is widely applied in industrial fields such as smelting, induction heating, metal surface quenching, forging, smelting, precision casting, welding, and piping. The KGPS series medium frequency power supply I produce adopts the most advanced control technology and production process in China at present. It has the following features:
1.Digital circuits, as the control core, have the advantages of strong control ability, good anti-interference performance, and few peripheral discrete components. The entire control circuit is installed on a 268mmx225mm printed circuit board, and the number of connections with the main circuit is reduced to only twenty-seven. The main components are all imported parts and are assembled after strict aging and screening, so the reliability is very high.
2. The control board eliminates the large-sized synchronous transformer and various other control transformers in the rectifier circuit. It does not recognize the phase sequence, further simplifying the overall circuit and reducing the equipment volume. It also has a complete set of multiple protection measures such as overcurrent, overvoltage, phase loss and low water pressure. The protection action is rapid. Once a circuit fault occurs, the system can act in a very short time to reliably protect the thyristor and capacitor from damage.
3. It adopts zero-voltage swept-frequency soft start and a dual closed-loop regulation system with current negative feedback and voltage negative feedback, enabling the power supply to start reliably in actual use. It has excellent current and voltage cut-off effects and features no impact during start-up and constant power regulation.

KGLF11-450A/170V

Synchronous motor

The KGLF11 thyristor excitation device is suitable for constant excitation of synchronous motors starting under heavy or light loads, and is also applicable for excitation of small generators. This device has the following features:
1.The rotor circuit of the synchronous motor adopts a three-phase fully controlled rectifier bridge fixed excitation circuit, maintaining the inherent starting characteristics of the synchronous motor.
2. There is no direct electrical connection with the stator circuit of the synchronous motor. Therefore, the synchronous motor can be designed as high-voltage (3-6-10KV) or low-voltage (380V) according to the conditions of the power grid, and full-voltage starting or reduced-voltage starting is not restricted.
3.When starting a synchronous motor at full voltage, when its speed reaches sub-synchronous, excitation can be put into operation with a rotor slip of 5% to 4% in the forward polarity to drag the synchronous generator motor into synchronous mode. Alternatively, excitation operation can be delayed for a certain period of time after the motor is connected to the power grid.
4. For a synchronous motor starting with reduced voltage, when the rotor speed reaches about 90% of the synchronous speed, the reduced voltage starting reactance or resistance is automatically disconnected, and the full voltage is automatically engaged to accelerate the start-up of the synchronous motor to sub-synchronous speed. The excitation is carried out in a stepwise manner with a slip of 5% to 4%, thus pulling the synchronous motor into synchronous operation.
5. When the grid voltage fluctuates, it features negative voltage feedback and automatically maintains a basically constant excitation. When the grid voltage drops to a certain percentage, it suddenly intensifies the excitation, with a strong excitation time of 10 seconds or 40 seconds.

Three-phase thyristor trigger control board

It adopts a 32-bit industrial-grade high-performance microprocessor and is designed in accordance with highly digital safety standards. It supports both network remote control and on-site control methods, integrating three regulation modes: open-loop voltage regulation, closed-loop constant voltage regulation, and constant current regulation. It features fault alarm and is applicable in various different scenarios with stable performance. It integrates three regulation methods: open-loop voltage regulation, closed-loop constant voltage regulation and constant current regulation. It controls the thyristor to achieve constant voltage and current limiting or constant current and voltage limiting. The fault alarm and control board are equipped with functions such as phase loss protection, soft start upon power-on, soft shutdown, constant current output, constant voltage output, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, and working status indication. It features triggering methods such as three-phase fully controlled bridge rectification, two-side star rectification circuits, and in-phase reverse parallel rectification circuits. It can trigger thyristors below 5000A and is suitable for various load types including resistive loads, inductive loads, capacitive loads, and the primary side of transformers for voltage and current regulation in all industrial fields.
It is widely applied in equipment such as electrolysis, electroplating, battery charging and discharging, three-phase thyristor power supply electric heating temperature control, and arc discharge control
