Quality Assurance and after-sales service
The warranty period for this equipment under normal circumstances is 12 months, calculated from the date of final acceptance and signature.
2. During the warranty period, we will provide free maintenance and replacement of parts for equipment not damaged by personnel. If any part is damaged during the warranty period, the warranty period for that part will be recalculated from the date of replacement.
3. In case of equipment malfunction during the warranty period, a response will be made within 2 hours from the date of receiving the service notice (by phone or fax), and a solution will be provided within 24 hours.
Technical service
In order to ensure the on-site installation, testing, commissioning, technical training and after-sales service of the equipment, we will provide remote technical services. If necessary, we will send personnel to the site until the final acceptance of the equipment is completed.
Scope and duration of technical services
1) Service scope
Be responsible for resolving quality issues of the provided equipment caused by factory-related reasons such as design, process and materials.
(2) Be responsible for resolving accidents and malfunctions of the provided equipment caused by factors not attributable to the supplier or various natural disasters.
(3) Be responsible for resolving issues related to the product as reported by users.
2) Equipment service life
The service period is the entire normal service life of the product (designed life of 30 years).
Service fee
During the quality guarantee period, any equipment damage caused by quality issues will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
After the quality guarantee period, we will be responsible for handling the product quality and malfunction issues, and charge for the replacement parts according to the cost.
3) In case of damage caused by human factors (non-supplier personnel) or natural disasters, we will be responsible for repair and replacement, and only charge the cost.
